Turnkey construction of the center building with a total footprint of 2500 sq.m., including the full scope of earthmoving, foundation, installation and electrical, plumbing and finishing works, installation of HVAC systems, pumping equipment, fire alarm systems, athletic equipment, including retractable stands, special floor covering in gyms. Landscaping works in the surrounding area with a total footprint of 4600 sq.m., including installation of a supporting wall using mesh technology.
