Turnkey construction of the Temporary Construction Facility for Tecnimont in Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery. There were 3,000 m2 of Office buildings and 6,500 m2 of warehouse constructed and handed over in 6 months. The work package included earthmoving, foundation, erection of steel structures, roads and car parking, water and sewer distribution network, ICT infrastructure, laydown areas, electrical distribution network, fire alarm, access control, HVAC.
