Turnkey construction of a production base with a total footprint of 9000 sq.m., including 1300 sq.m. of production premises and 1200 sq.m. of office spaces, as well as facing of a 7000 sq.m area. The scope of works included the construction of a piling “wall in ground”, installation of a new and reinforcement of existing supporting wall, earthmoving and foundation works, fabrication and installation of shop steel structures, installation of overhead cranes, as well as a package of mechanical, electrical, plumbing works, installation of ventilation and heating systems (including gas heating of the shop using infrared gas heaters), and interior finishing of office premises. The free area of the base was covered by the scope of works which included concrete and asphalt paving and planting. We installed fire fighting and fire alarms, as well as the access control and lighting systems.
